The operating radius for support work is generally limited to about 20 miles from Hertford, the exception being clients requiring programming work or other services that can be that can be provided mainly by remote support

The 20 mile radius covered takes in most of Hertfordshire and a few miles into neighbouring counties as well as most of North London.
